I am a pastry chef raised in East China, MI. My enthusiasm for functional, fun, and creative (& delicious) desserts are shown throughout my work. I pay extreme attention to detail and process. When I’m not baking, I enjoy playing video games, collecting various anime figures and comic books, reading, hanging out with my wife Kell, and the smell of bonfires.

I will be graduating from Schoolcraft College with an Associate’s Degree in Pastry Arts in the Spring of 2020.
